Long before ‘slow cooking’ became a trend, we were producing superior quality products using a slow and meticulous cooking process. Our seeds are roasted over gas-powered flames (rather than the conventional steam), following traditional methods. The seeds are then ground by the authentic process of grind-stoning. Although this method is 10 times slower than industrial grinding methods, it produces the intense flavor unique to Open Sesame products.
